- Lessons
Class hours can vary from 45 to 50 minutes depending on the number of students. Lessons that fall on public holidays: 1st January, 6th January, Easter, Easter Monday, 25th April, 1st May, 2nd June, 15th August, 1st November, 8th December, 25th and 26th December will be made up on dates chosen by the management. - Course cancellation
The management reserves the right to cancel a course only in cases of extreme severity such as bereavement or death of one of the teachers, protection of public health or environmental danger (pandemics, earthquakes, floods, etc.) - Cancellation of a lesson
A maximum of 2 lessons per package of 10/15 lessons may be cancelled and/ or postponed. - Refunds
No refunds are given for late arrivals or early departures. - Course payment
The enrolment form must be sent well in advance, no deposit is required for individual students, couples or groups of 3 people. The payment of the course must be paid on the first day of school and a registration fee of € 30.00 must be added. The student can cancel the course free of charge up to 7 days before the start of it. The course payment can be paid by bank transfer or directly in cash to the teacher in charge. - Terms of cancellation
Any cancellation must be notified at least 7 days before the start of the course. No refunds will be made after this deadline. - Liability
The Centre is not liable for damage, loss or injury caused to students for any reason and in any way. Students are advised to arrange their own insurance. Students are responsible for damage caused by them to school property. - Regulations
By submitting an application, the student undertakes to respect the school regulations. - Copyright
It is possible to film or record lessons. The rights to these materials are the property of the school and may not be disclosed. - Respect for the regulations
By enrolling on the course, the student undertakes to respect the internal regulations of the centre. - Jurisdiction
The Court of Verona is competent for any dispute, a bar order that assists citizens and private companies
