THE HISTORY OF ITALIAN CUISINE

Individual or semi-individual course suitable for lovers of our country’s food and wine culture. The programme is suitable for students interested in exploring the history of Italian cuisine, its origins, traditions and typical dishes, together with fun interactive activities. Please note no cooking is involved in this course.

LESSON OPTIONS: face-to-face or online.

DURATION: 10 hours. Lessons of 55 minutes once or twice a week.

TIMETABLE: mornings from 10.00 to 12.00 or agreed time.

LEVELS: A2-B1-B2

MINIMUM AGE: 15 years old

COST: 360,00 euros.

N.B. Please note that an extra fee of 30 euros is charged on all face-to-face courses to cover teaching materials, including texts, photocopies and services offered by the centre.
